Whippets have been in the Philippines for many years - they are popular amongst many of the more influential part of society. The whippet's grace, poise, and most obvious characteristics, as being a "dog of distinction" has made it a popular dog for this group. There are a number of people who show regularly; and of course KAWANA is one that is consistently in the winners' circle.
